Donkey & Goat Winery is owned and operated by Tracey Brandt in Berkeley, California. They make “natural wines” which is a term that covers both the vineyard and the cellar.
Margins Wine is a small winemaking project of Megan Bell, a winemaker living and working in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
The Koppitsch family has been making natural wine for 500 years and Maria and her husband now take their turn to continue with this tradition.
In keeping with a minimalist approach, winemaker Emily of J. Brix chooses not to fine, filter or cold-stabilize their wines. Their motto, in winemaking and life: ONLY LOVE.
